We offer the opportunity for you to see behind the scenes for a view of the work of a ‘vigneron’. You can visit the cellar, taste wine directly from the vat and develop a better understanding of how we make them. We invite you to discover our vineyards and olive grove where you can enjoy a memorable picnic or wine maker’s lunch.
Enjoy a commentated tasting of three of our wines in our tasting room. Learn about the history of Château Canet, how we make wine and our different grape varietals.
The visit last approximately 30 minutes and costs 8€ pp.

This visit takes you on a tour of our cellar where not only will you learn about the art of wine making but also about wine blending and the Minervois appellation. On this visit you will have the opportunity to taste the Minervois blend directly from a vat in the cellar. The visit includes a commentated tasting of 5 different wines. Back to our wine tasting room, you will finish the tour with an olive tasting. We have nearly 1000 olive trees here at Canet, from which are produced black and green tapenade, olive oil, and of course, the famous Lucques eating olives which grow only in the Languedoc region.
