After spending 15 wonderful years in Burgundy, we decided to live our dream. In 2005, we set out to explore the vineyards of Languedoc-Roussillon and created our négociant company in Carcassonne.
A few years later, we became the proud owners of Château Canet, a 115 hectares property in the Minervois. Now we were growers, winemakers, and négociants.
In 2017, with our son Oliver, born in the Hospices de Beaune and raised in the vineyards of Château Canet, we acquired vineyards in the ultimate terroir for Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, and Domaine d’O in Limoux was born.
We repeated the experience in 2023 with our daughter Charlotte on 15 hectares in the Cabardès a ‘jewel appellation’ for the Clos Charlotte.
One family, three estates, each with its own identity, complemented by our négociant house, seeking out gems in Languedoc. Our oenologists travel across this vast region, sharing our winemaking experience and working with local growers to make great wines at very reasonable prices.
With two complementary activities, Canet Family Estates offers a wide range of Languedoc wines: our estates, our brands and your brands.
The Lord Bernand de Canet built his Chateau on this site and gave his name to the surrounding land.
fter 15 formative years in the Burgundian vineyards and cellars, we move down South and become négociants, cherry-pickers of the best cuvées in the Languedoc.
Driven by our passion for vineyards and winemaking, and after searching the ideal property for three years, Château Canet become our home and the cornerstone of our wine company.
Born in Burgundy and raised in the vineyards and cellars of Château Canet, Oliver becomes a vigneronsame a winemaker with 12 hectares of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in Limoux, giving birth to Domaine d'O.
Charlotte's turn to put her stamp on a vineyard. 15 hectares in the Cabardès, Languedoc's smallest 'bijou appellation'. Her first vintage is elected in the Top100 best wines of the Languedoc.
